The term “you” refers to any person who has an account on CamDiretta, including Models and Members. The term “we” refers to CamDiretta and its representatives. By using CamDiretta's services, you agree to comply with these terms. Failure to comply with these terms may result in:

• Monetary penalties
• Suspension or termination of your CamDiretta account

Code of Conduct and Ethics

1. You will not use CamDiretta to engage in any form of harassment or offensive behavior, including, but not limited to, the posting or sharing of defamatory, offensive, racist, obscene messages, images, or recordings that violate local laws and community standards.
2. Streaming pre-recorded content during live shows or any other type of non-interactive content is prohibited.
3. You will not copy, reproduce, republish, download, transmit, or make available to the public any content/materials of CamDiretta without written consent from CamDiretta.
4. Discussing or arranging prostitution or escort services is not allowed.
5. You will not impersonate or act as a representative of CamDiretta.
6. You may not offer, request, or accept payment methods other than those authorized by CamDiretta, such as PayPal, Amazon, Western Union, checks, or money orders.
7. Advertising other websites, including your own, without explicit consent from CamDiretta is prohibited, except for sites approved by CamDiretta.
8. You are solely responsible for the content published or streamed on your public profile. CamDiretta reserves the right to delete content deemed irrelevant or fake.
9. No minors, children, infants, or unverified individuals are allowed in videos or in the same room as the Model.
10. The presence of animals or bestiality in videos is strictly prohibited.
11. Promoting or participating in incest scenarios or fantasies is not allowed.
12. Appearing on video while under the influence of alcohol or drugs (prescribed, legal, or illegal) is not permitted.
13. Acts of violence, extreme pain, torture, erotic asphyxiation, non-consensual mutilation, or acts involving real or simulated blood are prohibited.
14. Engaging in acts involving feces, urine, vomit, or lactation, whether real or simulated, is not allowed.

Misuse of Service

1. Unauthorized Access / Blackmail / Self-Payments:
1. The Model is not allowed to access a customer's computer, even with permission.
2. The Model is not allowed to collect personal or payment information from the client to make payments to themselves.
3. The term "blackmail" may only be used as a reference to fantasy roles and never for real purposes.

Prohibited Activities

The service may not be used for:

• Transactions involving illegal or dangerous substances, stolen goods, or fraudulent activities.
• Violations of intellectual property laws.
• Unapproved gambling activities.
