3. Principles

3.1. CamDiretta has no intention of supporting immoral interests; therefore, strict rules have been established.

3.2. As a member of the Internet Content Rating Association (ICRA), CamDiretta is committed to protecting minors.

3.3. CamDiretta services are only available to individuals over the age of 18 (21 in some regions). Therefore, no sexually explicit material is easily accessible to minors.

3.4. Individuals under the age of 18 (21 in some regions) are not authorized to become Adult Service Providers (ASP). Consequently, all ASPs were at least 18 years old (or 21 in some regions) at the time of photography, as demonstrated by age verification documents held by the responsible parties. 4. Subscribers: Members and ASP

4.3. All subscribers must also agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement and the corresponding website, being aware that they legally bind themselves as well as any business entity in which they have legal or financial interests.

4.4. CamDiretta has the right to be fully indemnified for all damages caused and reimbursed for all defense costs in case of unlawful conduct by subscribers or breach of the contractual terms and conditions.

4.5. Violating the provisions above may result in the immediate termination, without notice, of the subscriber's CamDiretta account and/or any associated elements. CamDiretta shall not be liable for any losses resulting from such termination.

4.6. This agreement shall be effective as of today's date and remain in force until duly terminated by either party in full compliance with the terms and conditions expressly stated in this agreement.

4.7. On CamDiretta, there are two different types of subscriptions: member and ASP (model). One subscription type excludes the other (each subscriber may register for only one type of service: member or ASP). Additionally, subscribers are prohibited from having multiple accounts, regardless of type (exceptions are allowed only for ASP accounts with CamDiretta's consent). CamDiretta reserves the right to permanently close multiple accounts without prior notice.

4.8. If you access our products through third-party providers, we are not responsible or liable for the content, changes, or technical accuracy of those products. The use of these third-party products is subject to their terms of use.

In case of errors accessing the product through third-party providers, you understand and agree that we will not be held responsible for this and that the use of such third-party products is subject to their terms of use.

5. Fees, Credits, Refunds, and Unlawful Conduct

5.1. Users can load their accounts with an amount to be used in "pay-per-minute" mode or "direct payment" in the available Adult Entertainment areas. Therefore, the selection of services must be preceded by reviewing the corresponding content, price list, and payment methods available on the site.

5.12. CamDiretta will refund credits only in specific cases and proportionally to the amount paid when a problem has been effectively reported. The refund will be determined at CamDiretta's discretion.

5.13. No refunds will be granted if users provide or engage in prohibited content. For more details, refer to our Code of Conduct.

5.14. Only fully purchased packages can be refunded. Transactions older than 2 months cannot be refunded.

5.15. In the event of racist behavior or sexual behavior toward minors, the account will be immediately terminated, and no refunds will be granted.

5.16. CamDiretta is not responsible for defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct by any user.

5.17. CamDiretta and its affiliates shall not be liable for direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.

5.30. It is the responsibility of the ASP to monitor the PayPerMinute billing software. CamDiretta is not liable in case of software errors.

6. Subscriber Declarations

6.14. I acknowledge and authorize the CamDiretta team to review any content for policy violations. CamDiretta has the right to monitor, evaluate, and record content provided by ASPs through the plug-in to identify malicious software or activities. Any prohibited content will be immediately removed. However, I am aware that this does not constitute an obligation, and CamDiretta will not be held responsible, individually or collectively, in case of my unlawful conduct.

6.15. I understand and accept that payments on CamDiretta can only be made through the CamDiretta platform. Any other payment methods are not allowed, and CamDiretta cannot be held responsible for issues related to other payment methods.

7. Subscriber Duties

7.1. I agree not to copy, reproduce, republish, download, transmit, and/or make available to the public the content/materials of CamDiretta without the prior written consent of CamDiretta.

7.2. I am fully responsible for any false statements and for any legal consequences that may arise from viewing, reading, or downloading materials and images contained on this website.

7.3. I will never expose minors to the website's content and will take all precautions to avoid any exposure or access to the site by minors, such as not including the site in their list of favorite websites to visit.

7.4. I take full responsibility for maintaining the security of my account and password.

7.5. I will not provide personal information or offer or support escort services and/or prostitution.

8. Subscription Cancellation Clause

8.1. Subscribers have the option to cancel CamDiretta services at any time.

8.3. Once the account is canceled, the subscriber's status will be changed to "canceled," and all related details will be archived.

10. Anti-Spam Policy

10.1. CamDiretta does not send spam messages and does not tolerate spam, distancing itself from any actions related to spamming.

10.2. The following actions are considered spam:

10.2.1. Manipulation of messages, such as email headers, sent to or through CamDiretta's computer systems in a way that deceives CamDiretta subscribers.

10.2.2. Forwarding emails through third-party mail servers without the authorization of those third parties.

10.2.3. Sending, forwarding, or causing the sending of false, misleading information or information that goes against CamDiretta's commercial interests.

10.2.4. Using or causing the use of CamDiretta's computer systems to facilitate the transmission of unsolicited or unauthorized material. This includes any promotional materials, URLs, or any other form of unauthorized solicitation that is uploaded, posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available.

10.2.5. Uploading, posting, emailing, or transmitting the same message, URL, or post multiple times.

10.2.6. Disrupting the normal flow of dialogue by posting messages in quick succession, multiple times, using only uppercase letters, or otherwise acting in a manner that negatively affects other users' ability to engage in real-time exchanges.

10.2.7. Spamming through CamDiretta's system or disturbing its subscribers is a violation of the site's Terms and Conditions.

10.2.8. CamDiretta does everything possible to protect its subscribers from the harmful effects of spamming. Therefore, it reports all related actions to the competent authorities.

10.2.9. Legal proceedings will be considered in the event of spamming that causes a loss to CamDiretta.

10.2.10. Notwithstanding the above, CamDiretta, if authorized by subscribers under the terms of this agreement, may send promotional emails, each containing the option to unsubscribe from the mailing list.

10.2.11. Registered subscribers may occasionally receive newsletters related to CamDiretta. Messages sent to subscribers are Transactional or Relationship Messages as defined under the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003. 11. Miscellaneous

11.1. This Agreement establishes the complete understanding between subscribers and CamDiretta regarding its subject matter and supersedes all prior understandings or agreements, whether written or verbal.

11.2. Unless contrary to law or otherwise stated, each provision of this Agreement shall remain valid even after termination.

11.3. If any part of this Agreement is deemed unenforceable by a competent court, it shall not affect the enforceability of the other parts of this Agreement.

11.4. The prevailing party in any suit to enforce the terms of this Agreement shall be entitled to reimbursement of reasonable legal fees incurred.

11.5. This Agreement may be modified by CamDiretta, with changes published on the website. Subscribers must periodically check for published changes and, in case of non-acceptance, may immediately proceed with the cancellation of their subscription under the terms of this Agreement.
